Where you buy
Every Heeler Goods product is sold through our Etsy shop at etsy.com/shop/heelergoods. Checkout, payment, order messages, and receipts all happen on Etsy under Etsy's terms.
How it's made and shipped
We don't keep inventory. When you order, the item is printed and shipped on demand by Printful, our print and fulfillment partner. That's why the shop stays small and nothing is ever out of stock. Production and shipping times are shown on each Etsy listing.
Returns and problems
Shipping, returns, and exchange terms are posted in the Policies section of the Etsy shop, and that's where they're handled. If something arrives damaged or misprinted, message us through Etsy with a photo and we'll make it right.
Designs
Designs start with photos of Scarlet and are drawn with the help of AI image tools, then finished by hand. Each Etsy listing says so.
Privacy
This website is a few static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no forms, so there's nothing about your visit for us to collect or keep. The hosting company may log requests for security, as any web host does. Anything you share when you buy is held by Etsy under Etsy's privacy policy.
